At Lend A Brick, we want you to have endless fun with each LEGO® set you borrow. Let's keep the fun rolling for everyone! By subscribing to a Lend A Brick plan, you’re joining our awesome LEGO® club and agreeing to the terms below:

 

Delivery

Clean bricks? Absolutely! Every Lend A Brick LEGO® set is sanitized, sealed, and sent in our fun Lend A Brick packaging. Inside, you’ll find instructions, return info, and maybe a surprise or two!

 

Handle with Care

You’re going to love building, playing, and displaying your LEGO®. When it’s time for a new adventure, remember someone else is waiting for their turn. So treat your set like it's your own.

Before returning, please:

  • Make sure all pieces are there.

  • Send it back just like you received it!

 

Returning Your Set

Each Lend A Brick box includes a guide to make returns a breeze. Follow it to help us check your set quickly and get your next one on its way!

Here’s how to return:

  • Break down the LEGO® into individual pieces.

  • Place them (along with minifigs and instructions) back in the bag(s) provided.

  • Reuse the Lend A Brick box and parcel bag—less new packaging, more eco-friendly!

  • Wet the branded water tape gently to seal the box.

  • A returns label will be in the box but if it is missing then please email hi@lendabrick.com for a new one

Mail it back, and we’ll be ready with your next set!

 

Shipping

Our shipping charge is fair and covers only what it costs to send. Return delivery is £4.95 per set, payable at checkout.

 

Return Labels

Inside every Lend A Brick box, you’ll find a pre-paid returns label for easy, breezy returns.

 

Correct Address, Please!

Double-check your address to ensure safe arrival. If a LEGO® set is lost or damaged due to an address error, you may be charged the full recommended retail price.

 

Subscription Basics

Keep each set as long as you like (one at a time, based on your plan). If you hold on to your set for over a month, your subscription will still keep running. The number of sets you can build depends on your subscription package.

 

Cancelling Your Subscription

We’d hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel, make sure to return your current LEGO® set(s) first.

  • Cancelled orders need to follow our returns policy.

  • Make sure to return Goods in the same condition you received them (instructions, wrappers, and all).

  • Refunds are done within 14 days—fast and easy!

Most of our fees are non-refundable. However, if we find a special situation that might warrant a refund, we’ll consider it on a case-by-case basis.

If a set isn’t returned on time after cancellation, we may refer your account to a debt management company. And once a Lend A Brick subscription has been used, no refunds apply.

 

Annual Plan Renewals

To keep the fun going, annual subscriptions automatically renew after 365 days. If you’ve returned all sets and want to cancel before the renewal date, just let us know at hi@lendabrick.com! If you still have a set at renewal time, return it within 30 days Most of our fees are non-refundable. However, if we find a special situation that might warrant a refund, we’ll consider it on a case-by-case basis.

 

Missing Pieces

We carefully check each returned set to keep the fun going for everyone! If any pieces or minifigures are missing, you’ll be charged at cost, plus a £5 admin fee. Until the balance is settled, we can’t send out more sets.

 

Hero Sets Apprenticeship

Three-Month Introductory Period for Hero Sets

New to Lend A Brick? To borrow our “Hero” sets (high-value sets), you’ll need to complete a three-month “apprenticeship.” Show us your best borrowing behaviour, and you’ll soon unlock access to these epic sets!

If you’re on The Master Set Subscription, note that after your three-month apprenticeship, you can borrow one Hero Set at a time, along with another regular set.

 

Lend A Brick e-Gift Cards

Our e-gift cards can only be used toward a Lend A Brick subscription and not for shipping. And remember, we can’t issue refunds if there’s still credit left after you choose to end your subscription.

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information. Your data is safe with us.

 

Non-Payment Policy

If a payment is missed, your account will be paused. We’ll reach out to resolve the issue, and a new invoice will be sent to cover any missed balance. If we don’t hear back, a letter will follow in 14 days, requesting the return of any borrowed set(s).

If 14 more days pass with no payment or response, an invoice for the outstanding subscription, the retail value of any borrowed sets, and a £99 admin fee will be sent. If there’s still no contact, we’ll hand over your details to a debt collection agency.

 

Liability

By subscribing, you agree that Lend A Brick is not liable for any harm or damages from products supplied during your subscription.

 

Price and Terms Changes

Occasionally, we may adjust prices, but you’ll get 30 days’ notice to adjust your subscription. Some exclusive sets may also have limited availability and are subject to our Returns Policy. We reserve the right to modify sets, services, and terms when needed—updates will appear here in our Terms and Conditions.

 

Authenticity

We promise genuine LEGO® products in every Lend A Brick subscription. No knockoffs, just pure LEGO® magic!
